At Forever Brew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Please contact us at info@foreverbrew.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you choose to return for any other reason (change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@foreverbrew.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, beverages, or plants), custom products (personalised items), personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gift cards.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@foreverbrew.com. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (after approval) and place a new order separately.
